Hebei Handan Zhongban Iron and Steel Co., LTD., located in Wu 'an city, was established in 1992, is a modern private iron and steel enterprise integrating ironmaking, steelmaking and rolling materials. The main products are medium and thick plate, hot rolled coil plate, cold rolled galvanized steel, medium and wide strip steel, high-speed wire, welded pipe and so on.

Shanxi Hongda special steel Co., Ltd. is located in Yuncheng, the hometown of Guan Yu, the famous general of the Shu Dynasty of The Three Kingdoms. Its business scope includes special steel production and steel distribution. The project belongs to the iron and steel manufacturing industry. The air volume is 300000m3/h, and the initial concentration is 300mg/m3. The negative pressure type is adopted. The dust content is reduced to less than 50mg/m3, and then discharged through the fan and chimney.

Bulannuo Industrial Packaging Materials (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a foreign-funded enterprise that develops, produces and sells environment-friendly metal surface treatment and anti-rust materials, industrial packaging paper products, plastic film, plastic packing boxes and containers, etc.
The main pollutants monitored by the company are exhaust gases from the printing shop, including total non-methane hydrocarbons, temperature, pressure, flow rate and humidity. On-line monitoring system for the LH - 1900 volatile organic compounds, the system USES the Internet of things technology, wireless communication technology, the VOCs, 24 hour omni-directional monitoring system to realize the fixed source monitoring and statistics and analysis of volatile organic gas, quickly adapt to the business requirements and data fusion, achieve closed-loop operation monitoring, governance, monitoring, management, integration of operations, Provide real VOCs data for environmental protection departments

Ningxia Hongde Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. is a printing enterprise with an annual output of 400,000 large boxes of tobacco packaging materials. The waste gas components in the production process are n-propanol, ethanol, ink solvent volatiles and so on. The organized treatment capacity is 50,000 nm3 /h, the concentration of waste gas is less than 600mg/m3, and the unorganized waste gas is less than 100mg/m3. The process of "zeolite wheel + rotary RTO/UV photolysis + activated carbon" is adopted.

The waste gas produced by Hengjie wood is 150,000 m3/h, and the organic content is not high. In view of the large air volume and low concentration of organic waste gas, the company uses - "three stage filtration + concentration wheel + regenerative incineration (RTO)" technology, effectively solve this problem! The exhaust gas of the workshop is collected through the pipeline for dust removal and filtration, and then discharged to the standard after adsorption by the runner.

Shanxi Pingyao Packaging printing (Group) paper Co., Ltd. is located in Pingyao County, Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province. Its business scope includes processing all kinds of paper products and packaging business.Existing units 1 x130t/h circulating fluidized bed coal boiler, according to the environmental protection new requirement to establish a set of flue gas EPC integration project, the project by using SNCR denitration denitration technology, denitration agent USES urea, desulphurization process by spraying calcium inside the furnace + half circulating fluidized bed dry process desulphurization, the dust removal process is efficient and bag dust removal, the above measures to ensure the flue gas discharging standard, The system runs stably. Implement national minimum emission standards (NOx≤50mg/Nm3, SO2≤35mg/Nm3, dust ≤5mg/Nm3).
