Process features:
(1) Establishment of internal bypass circulation in the adsorption zone.When the waste gas does not reach the standard after adsorption through the adsorption area, it enters the bypass cycle and conducts adsorption treatment again.The basic idea of this bypass internal circulation is to eliminate the existing pollution and then absorb the new pollution.
(2) Establishment of cooling air bypass.In the case of very complex working conditions, the VOCs concentration may rise sharply. At this time, some cooling wind is introduced into the adsorption area to reduce the detached air volume, and the fresh air is supplemented after heat transfer 2 to maintain the air volume into the catalytic reactor within the preset range.The basic idea of this bypass is to dilute the high concentration of VOCs with fresh air, so from the effect, this method will also extend the governance time.
(3) Compared with the traditional process, the whole system adopts the design of induced draft fan to facilitate the regulation of bypass.Remove the cooling blower for the catalytic combustion device, treat the symptoms and control the VOCs concentration in the runner.
(4) The electric auxiliary heat system is removed from the catalytic combustion chamber, by heating the air from heat transfer 2 to the VOCs combustion temperature, and stabilizing the temperature of the catalytic combustion chamber within the range of 500℃ ~600℃.
(5) The runner speed is easy to adjust, so in the case of 2, the runner speed can be appropriately increased to reduce the amount of VOCs adsorption per unit time per unit area, so as to ensure the safety of the system.

Zeolite runner + RTO process is mainly composed of zeolite runner concentration (adsorption area, stripping area, cooling area), heat storage system, regenerative combustion system (RTO furnace body, ceramic heat storage body, combustion system, etc.) and control system and other parts.
Process Flow:

Thermal storage combustion: the high concentration of small air volume waste gas after deattachment enters the RTO treatment system and first enters the ceramic dielectric layer of RTO heat storage chamber A. The ceramic releases heat and the temperature decreases, while the organic waste gas absorbs heat and the temperature increases. After leaving the waste gas enters the oxidation chamber at a higher temperature.In the oxidation chamber, the organic exhaust gas is heated by the burner to a set oxidation temperature above 800oC, so that the VOCs is decomposed into carbon dioxide and water.
