Hebei Handan Zhongban Iron and Steel Co., LTD., located in Wu 'an city, was established in 1992, is a modern private iron and steel enterprise integrating ironmaking, steelmaking and rolling materials. The main products are medium and thick plate, hot rolled coil plate, cold rolled galvanized steel, medium and wide strip steel, high-speed wire, welded pipe and so on.

Two sets of wet electric dust removal systems for steel slag were constructed, with air volume of 300000m³/h and initial concentration of 400mg/m³, adopting negative pressure type. The dust removal and purification equipment adopted the dust removal scheme of "spray washing and mist removal tower + cyclone dehydrator + wet electric precipitator + dust removal fan + chimney". The dusty water vapor generated by roller crushing process was sent through the washing tower and dehydrator. It will make its emissions meet national standards and industry ultra-low emission standards ≤10mg/Nm³.
