Recently, the Shanxi Provincial Administration for Market Regulation released the local standard "Emission Standards for Air Pollutants in the Cement Industry (DB14/3176-2024)" in Shanxi Province. This standard will be implemented from May 1, 2025. This document applies to the management of atmospheric pollutant emissions from existing cement industry enterprises or production facilities within the administrative region of Shanxi Province, as well as the environmental impact assessment, application and issuance of pollutant discharge permits, design and completion acceptance of environmental protection facilities for construction projects, and emission management after production. The emission standards for particulate matter, sulfur dioxide, and nitrogen oxides in the cement kiln and kiln tail waste heat utilization system in the cement manufacturing process are 10, 35, and 50mg/m³, respectively.
