VOCs online monitoring system is composed of four basic parts: gaseous pollutant monitoring subsystem, flue gas parameter monitoring subsystem (temperature, pressure, oxygen, humidity, flow rate), system control and data, acquisition and processing subsystem, calibration and auxiliary subsystem.
The sampling probe is responsible for the flue gas sampling, and the built-in ceramic filter is used to filter the dust in the flue gas and avoid the condensation of water vapor in the flue gas with the high temperature heat in the pipeline. The thermo-pressure flow is used to measure the temperature, pressure and flow rate of the flue gas in the chimney or flue gas. The temperature meter measures the humidity of the flue gas in the chimney or flue, and controls the built-in control unit, industrial computer, heating box, and high temperature pump in the cabinet. Standard gas is used to calibrate analytical instrument, zero gas generator, hydrogen generator and high purity nitrogen cylinder provide gas source. The air compressor generates compressed air, which is used to periodically blow back the heat tracing pipeline, sampling probe and temperature and pressure flow.

Detection range

Methane, total hydrocarbon, non-methane total hydrocarbon, low carbonic ketone, benzene series (benzene, toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene, isopropylbenzene, etc.) and some halogenated hydrocarbons in the exhaust gas are monitored, as well as the humidity, temperature, pressure, flow rate and other parameters of the exhaust gas.

Detection principle

When LH-FID volatile organic compounds are burned in high temperature hydrogen flame, high temperature ionization occurs, and the electrons generated by the reaction are collected under the action of electric field, forming a weak ionization current, and the current intensity is proportional to the concentration of the component to be measured.
