Ningxia Hongde Packaging Material Co., Ltd. is a printing enterprise with an annual output of 400,000 cartons of tobacco packaging materials, and its main business is to supply baisha series of tobacco packaging materials for Hunan and Shaanxi China Tobacco. It is equipped with 8-color gravure printing machines, 8+2 offset printing machines and screen printing machines.

In the production process, the waste gas components are n-propyl fat, ethanol, ink solvent volatiles, etc. The organized treatment capacity is 50000Nm³/h, the concentration of waste gas is less than 600mg/m³, and the unorganized waste gas is less than 100mg/m3. The process of "Zeolite wheel + rotating RTO/UV photolysis + activated carbon" is adopted, and the exhaust gas is discharged after the treatment to meet the standards. When the design index is exceeded, the purification efficiency is no less than 95%, and the total non-methane hydrocarbon emission is no more than 30mg/m3.
