Project introduction
Jintai Wood is located in Kuqa County, Aksu District, Xinjiang Province, which is known as the "south of the Yangtze River", with an annual output of 100,000 m3 of MEDIUM density fiberboard (MDF), and its business scope includes the manufacture and sales of MDF, compression board and office furniture.
Treatment scheme
The company has a 16.2MW biomass thermal oil furnace with a certain amount of dust and sulfur in the fuel, and the flue gas produced is 90000m3/h. In view of the on-site characteristics of the owner and in combination with our technology and engineering experience, the company proposes the soda-alkali wet desulfurization process, and a set of spray atomization desulfurization tower is newly built. Discharge according to the standard of SO2 concentration ≤100mg/m³.
