On January 13, 2024, Shanghai Lihuang Group held its annual company year-end summary meeting at its production base in Dingxiang County, Shanxi Province. The meeting summarized the work of the past year and put forward new expectations for the future.

1、 Summary of each department

On the morning of January 13, 2024, the 2023 Annual Summary Conference and 2024 Annual Planning Conference of Shanghai Lihuang Group were held on time in the conference room on the second floor of Shanxi Manufacturing Base.

The purpose of this conference is to review the work achievements of the past year, summarize experiences and lessons learned, and develop clearer goals and plans for the new year. The Chairman, General Manager, and other leaders of the group gathered together with all employees of the company to participate in this grand event.

1. Overview of the Group's Work in 2023

At the beginning of the meeting, the Executive Vice President of the Group, Mr. Song, on behalf of the General Manager's Office, summarized the company's work over the past year. Mr. Song stated that in the past year, with the joint efforts of all employees, the overall operating situation of the group has shown a positive trend, with a significant improvement compared to 2022. 2. Summary and plan for each department

The second stage of the meeting is for the heads of each department to report and summarize the work achievements of each department over the past year, and based on this, make a new year's work plan.

In the first half of the summary meeting, the six department heads mentioned above gave speeches and summarized the work situation of each department. The heads of each department reported on their work in the past year, including completed tasks, achievements, existing problems, and improvement plans. In the second half of the summary meeting, the heads of the remaining six departments, including the Marketing Department, Procurement Department, and Finance Department, will continue to summarize the overall work for 2023 and make new plans for the work for 2024.

3. Promotion of the Group's 2024 Marketing Strategy

At the end of the meeting, General Manager Guo of the group delivered a marketing strategy promotion for 2024. At 2 pm, the supplier strategy meeting was held on time in the conference room on the second floor of the Shanxi manufacturing base. Group leaders Guo, Song, Zhang, and Manager Lu from the procurement department participated in the meeting.

Firstly, Mr. Guo, on behalf of the company, welcomes the arrival of all suppliers and partners, and at the same time, we are very grateful for your support and cooperation with our company. Mr. Guo emphasized the importance of supplier strategy in today's business environment. He pointed out that with the intensification of market competition, the cooperation between enterprises and suppliers has become increasingly close, and an efficient and stable supplier system is crucial for the long-term development of enterprises.

Subsequently, everyone introduced their respective fields to each other and shared the opportunities for cooperation with our company. Everyone speaks freely, and the atmosphere on site is warm and harmonious.

After the introduction, everyone had an in-depth discussion on the future development of various industries.
