The annual ISO four system audit is held as scheduled. According to the pre established audit plan, this audit will last for 3 days from April 15th to April 17th, mainly managed by Mr. Dong and Mrs. Huang from Shanghai Ingel Certification Institution. Mr. Dong is mainly responsible for auditing the sales department, technical department, and environmental engineering construction site, while Mr. Huang is mainly responsible for auditing the management and employee representatives, procurement department, and administrative department.

At 9:00 am on April 15th, the audit work officially began. Firstly, Mr. Dong will hold the first meeting for the management and employee representatives of various departments in the company. At the meeting, Teacher Dong introduced the main content and specific schedule of this audit, and expressed the hope of receiving active cooperation from everyone to ensure the smooth progress of the audit work.

After the meeting, Teacher Dong immediately launched an audit of the relevant departments, and the heads of each department and relevant personnel highly cooperated with Teacher Dong's work.

On April 16th, Mr. Dong was led by our company's person in charge, Mr. Xu, to a VOCs waste gas treatment site in Jiangsu for on-site inspection work. Mrs. Huang is responsible for reviewing the management and employee representatives at our headquarters.

April 17th is the last day of the audit work. Two teachers are responsible for reviewing the technical department, procurement department, and administrative department, respectively. At 2:30 pm, the audit work was successfully completed and the final meeting was held. The two teachers summarized the excellence of our company in their respective audit sections, expressed high appreciation and affirmation, and also provided guiding opinions and suggestions for our company. They hope that our company can have stricter requirements for themselves and fully demonstrate the good image of the company.

Finally, both teachers expressed their gratitude to all relevant personnel in our company for their active cooperation, which enabled the audit work to be completed so smoothly. Our company's responsible person, Mr. Xu, also expressed on behalf of all our employees that they are willing to humbly accept opinions and suggestions, and also expressed gratitude for the arrival and hard work of the two teachers.

At this point, the audit work has been successfully concluded. Our company will continue to improve our own systems and processes based on this supervision and audit, strictly implement the ISO four system standards, and provide customers with higher quality products and services!
