At the end of January this year, our company successfully won the bid for the "Vehicle Bottom Furnace Desulfurization and Denitration System" project of Kaifeng Pingmei. The project has now successfully entered the debugging stage and is about to be put into operation.

The main components of the exhaust gas in this project are SO2, NOx, and dust. The initial concentration of SO2 is generally 800Mg/m3, and in extreme cases, it can reach 15000Mg/m3; The initial concentration of NOx is 300Mg/m3; The initial concentration of dust is 120Mg/m3. The processed flue gas volume is 60000 m3/h, and the inlet flue gas temperature of the system is 950 ° C. To ensure the normal production of Kaifeng carbon and ensure the emission of waste gas after reaching the standard, we mainly adopt the process of "primary air cooling+SCR denitrification+secondary water cooling+wet desulfurization+wet electrostatic precipitator" to achieve the discharge of production waste gas after reaching the standard.
