Recently, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment has finally released a notice on the "National Pollution Prevention and Control Technical Guidance Catalogue (2024, Restricted and Eliminated Categories)" (public draft). The draft for soliciting opinions was released on August 16th. After soliciting opinions, this is officially released!

There is an important change in this public draft, that is, the "VOCs honeycomb activated carbon adsorption and purification technology without in-situ regeneration" that was listed as unusable in the original draft for soliciting opinions has been removed from the Ministry of Ecology and Environment's public draft, which means that "VOCs honeycomb activated carbon adsorption and purification technology without in-situ regeneration" is not within the scope of elimination!

In the draft for soliciting opinions released on August 16th, it is listed in the elimination category that there is no in-situ regeneration of VOCs honeycomb activated carbon adsorption and purification technology, which means that in the future, VOCs disposable activated carbon adsorption cannot use honeycomb carbon.
