Fupin Building Materials (Shanghai) Co., LTD., located in Huaxin Industrial Park, Qingpu District, Shanghai, mainly produces wood processing and assembly of all kinds of steel and wood furniture and props.

The waste gas of this project mainly comes from the spray primer workshop, spray top paint workshop, spray drying workshop and powder spraying drying workshop. The main components are benzene, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate and so on.
The waste gas volume of the project is 70000m3/h. The company uses the technology of "Zeolite wheel adsorption and desorption + Catalytic combustion CO". After collecting and primary dust removal, the waste gas enters the filter box, which is filtered and adjusted by wet temperature, and then enters the desorption zone of the zeolite wheel area. The exhaust gas after being removed and the exhaust gas from the drying chamber is collected and transported to the CO catalytic oxidation furnace by the main fan. It is decomposed under the action of the catalyst, and finally discharged through the chimney to meet the standards and meet the "Comprehensive Emission Standard of Atmospheric Pollutants" of DB31/933-2015 in Shanghai.
