3. ensure that the compressed air supply is normal, the normal value is more than 0.45mpa.
4. The compressed air value of off-line dust collector is not less than 0.3mpa, if it is lower than 0.3mpa, the main engine will jump off.
5. hydraulic coupling speed motor, before starting should check whether the oil level of the oil gauge is on the specified value.
6. when starting, frequency conversion speed regulating motor should not be greater than 5HZ, and observe the voltage situation.

Two.on/off steps
1.Boot sequence
Start the main machine - scraper operation - ash cleaning and ash unloading treatment (the fan is not running at high speed) - PLC normal operation
2.shutdown sequence
Stop the host machine - ash cleaning and ash unloading (the fan is not running at high speed) - scraper operation - Electric actuator closed state.

(1) The dust removal system adopts manual control of dust removal, and the dust removal system does not follow the above switching sequence.
(2) If the dust collector is not shut down for a long time, it is not necessary to close the compressed air valve and control system.
(3) If the dust collector needs to stop for a long time, when the dust collector fan stops running, the pulse ash cleaning system shall run normally for 1-5 cleaning cycles, and completely empty the dust in the dust hopper of the dust collector, so that there is no ash accumulation in the filter bag and no ash storage in the dust hopper. If possible, carry out regular idle operation.
