As a new advanced flue gas treatment technology, the wet electrostatic precipitator technology developed by domestic enterprises has been successfully applied in coal-fired power plants. When the dust gas passes through the high voltage electrostatic field, it is separated by electricity. The dust particles combine with the negative ions, and after being negatively charged, they tend to discharge on the anode surface and deposit. The electrostatic field is used to ionize the gas so that the dust particles can be charged and adsorbed on the electrode. It has the following advantages:
1) High dust removal efficiency;
2) It can purify a large amount of gas;
3) The particle size range that can be removed is wide;
4) It can purify the flue gas with high temperature and dust;
5) The structure is simple, the air velocity is low and the pressure loss is small;
6) The energy consumption is lower than other types of dust collectors;
7) The electrostatic precipitator can be controlled by microcomputer and operated remotely.
The wet electrostatic precipitator is a box structure, which is divided into upper box, middle box (electric field area) and lower box.
The shell is a frame structure, with rectangular tube as the frame. The rectangular tube in the box is wrapped with FRP and bonded with the FRP plate of the shell to form a whole. It can bear negative pressure of 5000Pa for a long time.
The upper box is equipped with gas distribution plate flushing pipe and dust collector flushing pipe. There are 24 3 / 8 ″ nozzles (one power supply area) on the flushing pipe of gas distributing plate. The flow rate of each nozzle is 65L / min and the pressure is 3 bar. The nozzle washes the gas distributing plate and accumulates dust to prevent the hole of distributing plate from blocking.
There are 32 3 / 8 ″ nozzles (one power supply area) on the washing pipe of the dust collecting electrode. The flow rate of each nozzle is 65L / min and the pressure is 3 bar. The main function of washing is to wash the collected dust on the dust collecting electrode and improve the fluidity of the dust. The screw nozzle on the flushing pipe is detachable.
When the pressure gauge on the pipeline shows that the pressure increases, the operator can disassemble the nozzle and take it out for cleaning. The flushing pipe is supplied by a pipeline. After flushing, the water flows into the desulfurization absorption tower or buffer tank.
The dust collecting electrode of each power supply area is washed for 5 minutes, and the four power supply areas are washed in turn; the box (electric field area) of the wet electrostatic precipitator is equipped with dust collecting electrode and discharge electrode.
