The project belongs to the printing industry, and the main exhaust gas source is the VOCs exhaust gas generated in the production process of coating equipment. The exhaust gas concentration reaches < 2000mg/m³, and the organic exhaust gas reaches 3000m³/h air volume. The project adopts the "catalytic combustion CO" process, and designs a set of 3000m³/h adsorption catalytic device. It has the characteristics of small volume, low cost, high temperature stability, high activity, low gas flow resistance and so on. It is suitable for exhaust gas treatment containing benzene, hydrocarbon and various oxygen-containing derivatives. The contractor of the project has conducted field emission self-test in accordance with the emission limits of air pollutants in the local emission standard of Volatile organic Compounds in Shandong Province, Part 4: Printing Industry DB37/2801.4 -- 2017, and the results fully meet the standard requirements
