Project introduction

The project belongs to the chemical industry, which is a large enterprise specializing in the production of active pesticide and its preparations, pharmaceutical intermediates and photogasification products. The exhaust gas produced is 23000m3/h, composed of H2S, NH3, non-methane total hydrocarbon, and other malodorous substances.

Treatment scheme

According to the relevant information provided by the owner, the process adopted is multi-stage absorption +UV photooxidation + activated carbon. The wastewater comes from the fine chemical production link, and the concentration of organic matter is high, especially the DMF biodegradability in the wastewater is poor. Part of the waste gas of the project contains high concentration of chlorinated hydrocarbons, which is characterized by discontinuous discharge and large fluctuation of concentration. In addition, the project also involves the classified collection and comprehensive treatment design of different types of waste gas such as acid and alkali waste gas, organic waste gas (including halogenated hydrocarbons) and malodorous gas.
