Hunan Bangde Boxin Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Yueyang Green Chemical Industry Park. Its business scope mainly includes the production and sales of chemical products and fuel oil, as well as the collection, storage, and utilization of hazardous waste.

|Treatment scheme

The exhaust gas of this project mainly comes from the volatilization of hazardous waste materials in the warehouse, the process exhaust gas in the refining workshop, the process exhaust gas in the waste mineral oil workshop, the large and small breathing and loading and unloading stack exhaust gas in the tank area, and the unorganized exhaust gas from the sewage station. The main components are methanol, acetone, styrene, benzene series, etc.

The processing air volume of this project is 15000m3/h, which has the characteristics of high concentration and large fluctuations. The company adopts the "RTO+activated carbon adsorption" technology, combined with two sets of LEL concentration detectors. The RTO device used in this project is a high-tech achievement transformation project, which can save 5% -10% of energy consumption compared to similar equipment, ensuring high efficiency and low energy consumption during operation.
