|Project Introduction

Yueyang Kaimen Waterborne Additives Co., Ltd. is located in Yueyang City, Hunan Province, specializing in the research and development, production, and sales of environmentally friendly additives.

|Treatment scheme

The waste gas of this project mainly comes from the volatilization of materials during the feeding of the reactor, the exhaust gas during the termination of the reaction of the reactor, and the volatile gas from the sewage tank. The main components are methyl tert ether, acetylene, styrene, etc.

The designed exhaust gas treatment air volume of this project is 10000m3/h, which has the characteristics of high concentration and large fluctuations. The company adopts the "absorption+mixing+RCO" technology, and the exhaust gas is fully mixed through a buffer box before entering the back-end system; The front end is equipped with a falling film absorption tower and a cooling buffer tank to reduce the load of the rear end processing device; After collecting the exhaust gas, it enters the one-way explosion-proof valve and flame arrester to prevent the system from backfiring; Finally, through the RCO regenerative catalytic combustion device, efficient and energy-saving treatment is achieved before reaching the emission standard; The system is equipped with two sets of LEL concentration detectors and emergency adsorption bypass to ensure the safe operation of the device. The RCO process used in this project is a high thermal efficiency, low temperature, no open flame, and high-efficiency catalytic oxidation treatment process that combines the advantages of RTO and CO processes.
