Notes for the use of activated carbon adsorption box：
1. Transportation and loading and unloading: activated carbon in the transportation process, shall not be dragged with iron hook, should prevent mixed with hard substances, not strong vibration, friction, stepping, smashing, strictly prohibited throwing, should be lightly unloaded, in order to reduce the carbon particle breakage, affect the use.
2. Storage: it should be stored in a cool and dry place to prevent the inside and outside packaging bags from breaking, prevent moisture and adsorption of other substances in the air, affecting the use effect. It is strictly prohibited to mix with toxic and harmful gases or volatile substances and keep away from pollution sources.
3. No immersion: activated carbon belongs to porous adsorption substances, so in the process of transportation, storage and use, to prevent immersion, because immersion, filled with active pores, reduce the activated carbon surface and gas direct contact, seriously affect the use effect.
4. Prevent tar class material: in the process of using, should be prohibited from tar class viscous material into the activated carbon bed, lest jam pore or cover the surface of activated carbon, activated carbon gas cannot contact with activated carbon on the surface, lose their application effect, such as gas contains such material, should be in activated carbon bed gas processing, in order to achieve good application effect.
5.fire prevention: activated carbon in storage or transportation, to prevent direct contact with the source of fire, in case of fire. Activated carbon regeneration to avoid oxygen and regeneration completely, regeneration must be cooled to below 800℃ with steam, otherwise the temperature is high, oxygen, active carbon spontaneous combustion.
6. Loading: When loading, should first screen out the broken particles and dust caused by handling. Then the layers are evenly and closely spread out, and shall not be stacked at will, so as not to fill unevenly, eventually resulting in gas deflection, affecting the use effect. At the end of loading, the activated carbon surface adhesion dust should be blown out before starting, so as to avoid dust being brought into the back section after starting and affecting normal production.
