The company will produce a certain amount of organic waste gas in the mixing, stirring and coating process, and its main components are non-methane total hydrocarbon, n-hexane, isopropanol, toluene, heptane and its isomers and other harmful substances.

The waste gas generated by the project is 5000m³/h. The company uses the technology of "pre-treatment + catalytic combustion CO". The waste gas is pre-treated to prevent fire and remove oil, and the pre-treated waste gas is discharged into CO for catalytic oxidation treatment.
